1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Svarix.ai ("the Platform"), including the Intelligence OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Pathania Svarix Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Svarix.ai provides an AI-powered multi-analyst reasoning platform ("Intelligence OS") that uses multiple large language models to analyze topics, conduct research, and generate synthesized reports. The service includes domain classification, tool-augmented research, multi-model debate, fact-checking, and executive brief generation.

3. Accounts and Registration

  • You may register using Google OAuth or email/password authentication.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Credits and Payments

  • New users receive 5 free credits upon registration.
  • Additional credits may be purchased through the Platform.
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
  • Credit costs vary by discussion type and depth (1-2 credits per discussion).
  • We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the models or algorithms.
  • Circumvent credit limits, authentication, or rate limiting mechanisms.
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform without prior written consent.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Platform or its outputs.
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • All outputs from the Intelligence OS are AI-generated and should be treated as analytical aids, not definitive advice.
  • The Platform does not provide financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Outputs in these domains are for informational purposes only.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
  • You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on Platform outputs.
  • Market data, financial quotes, and news are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Pathania Svarix Private Limited.
  • You retain ownership of the input content you provide (discussion titles, context, constraints).
  • AI-generated outputs are provided under a non-exclusive license for your personal or internal business use.
  • You may not claim AI-generated outputs as solely human-authored work in regulated filings or legal proceedings.

8. Data Handling

Your discussion content and generated outputs are stored in our database for service delivery and improvement. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • The Platform depends on third-party AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Groq, Google) and may be affected by their availability.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pathania Svarix Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
